Returns & Refunds:
A refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.
You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
Please include full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item.
If an item is returned because it is no longer wanted or the wrong item was purchased, a refund will be issued subject to the reduction of postage & packaging fees.
Exchange/Replacement:
Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.
You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
If the exchange is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be liable to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the the new item.
In certain circumstances, we will provide exchange or replacement for free.
Reporting Faults:
Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 7 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced in accordance to our exchange policy.
